Schedule a PRIVATE Evening Event

What is a private evening event?

Essentially renting the Patch for your private use, i.e., school family fun night, an organization/business evening out, private family event, etc. This event is a group package and must be paid in one transaction.

When can you schedule?

Tuesday through Friday, September 15 – October 23, 2026.

When can you arrive?

Arrive as early as 3 p.m. and depart by dusk.

What is the cost per person?

The cost is $10.00 for ages 3-60 and $5.00 for 61+.

Is there a minimum booking fee?

A $1,000 minimum applies to all private evening events, equivalent to 100 general-admission guests.

Can I have my private event catered?

Yes, private events may be catered. Our Concession is also available for your event.

How do I coordinate with my attendees?

You collect the entry fee and generate an individual name list. The list must be submitted by noon the day of your event. Admission checks off your guest’s name as they enter. You make payment via credit card or check the evening of your event. This coordination is very efficient and saves immense time for your guests’ entry, which allows you (the host/hostess) to have an enjoyable experience at the Patch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? Browse our Frequently Asked Questions below to find quick answers to the most common inquiries.
Does the Patch close when it rains?

Yes, it does sometimes. It depends on how hard and long it has rained. Safety is important to us, as well as your enjoyment while here. If you are traveling a long distance and there is a chance of rain, you might wish to reschedule for another day. Any cancellations will be posted on the home page and Facebook.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards at Admissions, Sales, and the Concession.

What is included in the admission price?

The general admission price covers everything except the food and sales concessions, the slingshots (3 for $1.00), the pumpkin smash (ranging from $ 1 to $ 5), and the horse-drawn wagon rides. This ride is approximately 15 minutes long and is $5 each per person.

Can food and drink be brought into the Patch?

There are absolutely no alcoholic beverages permitted on the premises. Outside food IS NOT permitted in the Patch; there is a Concession available to purchase food.

How should I dress when I visit the Patch?

Please stay tuned to the weather prior to your visit and plan accordingly with comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Later in the fall, it is a good idea to be prepared with boots, coats, hats, gloves, layers of clothing, etc.

When it rains, does it get muddy at the Patch?

Most walking areas are grass; however, the maze walkway and portions of the slide area are dirt. [Dirt + Water = MUD] Dependent on how long and hard it has rained determines how muddy the conditions will be. So please plan ahead, watch the weather, and come dressed accordingly if it has rained.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, we do not allow pets. Exceptions will be made for assistance dogs. *** NOTE *** There is no shade for your pet to stay in your vehicle.

Can we leave and come back?

You may leave and return as often as you like on the same operating day. Please ensure your wristband or hand stamp is visible prior to departure for your re-entry. This includes going to your car for any reason.

Can my children come to the Patch by themselves?

No. All children must be under adult supervision at all times.

What type of bathroom facilities do you have?

We have portable bathroom facilities and wash stations for your use.
